Feasibility Studies
An integrated market, technical and financial study with multiple scenarios and profitability indicators (NPV, IRR, Payback), structured the way financiers and investors expect.
Business Analysis & Consulting
A Saudi consulting house that reads your numbers, your market and your operations in depth — then hands you an executable plan with owners, KPIs and a timeline. Not a report that ends up in a drawer.
Who we are
Ufuq Al-Tatweer was founded to close a gap we kept seeing in the Saudi market: organisations that hold data but not a decision, and ambition but not a roadmap. We close that gap with disciplined analysis, accountable recommendations, and a plan whose impact can actually be measured.
Our services
From an untested idea to an established organisation chasing higher efficiency — there is a service that fits your stage.
An integrated market, technical and financial study with multiple scenarios and profitability indicators (NPV, IRR, Payback), structured the way financiers and investors expect.
Eliciting the real need from stakeholders, modelling processes in BPMN, and documenting precise, testable requirements before a single riyal goes into a system.
A three-to-five-year strategy map, a Balanced Scorecard, OKRs and KPIs that translate ambition into numbers your team reviews weekly.
An organisation structure built around functions rather than individuals, job descriptions, an authority matrix, and governance charters that protect the business as it scales.
Mapping current processes, exposing bottlenecks and waste, then redesigning them into an SOP manual that cuts cycle time and cost while raising output quality.
Financial modelling, cost and pricing analysis, company valuation, and a complete funding file with an investor deck that improves your odds with banks and development funds.
Market sizing and segmentation, Saudi customer behaviour, competitor and pricing analysis, and product acceptance testing before launch rather than after.
A realistic transformation roadmap, objective system selection (ERP, CRM), and a KPI dictionary with dashboards that show the truth rather than an impression.
Workforce planning, HR manuals, a fair performance system tied to objectives, and training programmes built on a measured skills gap.
How we work
We do not start with the solution. We start with the right question — because most projects fail at defining the problem, not at executing it.
Working sessions with leadership and stakeholders, a review of financial and operational data, and a site visit where needed. Output: a scope document defining the real problem, the study questions and the success criteria.
Market, competitor and official-source data alongside your internal figures. We build the financial models and stress-test assumptions with sensitivity analysis across conservative, base and optimistic scenarios.
We present genuine alternatives, each with its cost, return and risk — then recommend one explicitly and explain why. No vague advice and no deferred accountability.
Initiatives broken into tasks, an owner for each, a timeline, a budget and measurable KPIs. The plan is delivered as a working document, not a slide deck.
Periodic reviews during the support window, course correction when indicators drift, and a final impact report comparing before and after in numbers.
Why Ufuq Al-Tatweer
Any firm can hand over a document. The real value is a document that becomes a decision taken and a measurable change in the numbers. That is why every deliverable is designed to be usable the very next day.
Defined deliverables, dates and fixed fees agreed before we start. No surprises and no open-ended clauses.
A signed NDA, restricted data access, and secure destruction of working copies after delivery.
We sell no systems and take no vendor commissions. Our recommendation is neutral because your interest is ours.
Every package includes a free support window to answer questions, refine outputs and back your team during rollout.

FAQ
We prepare studies following the structure Saudi financing and development bodies expect: sourced market analysis, a technical and operational study, a five-year financial model with profitability indicators and sensitivity analysis, and an executive summary. We review the specific requirements of your target institution before we begin. The final acceptance decision always rests with that institution.
A diagnostic consultation takes 3 business days, a pre-feasibility study 7 days, a full study 15 days, and strategy or restructuring engagements between 30 and 90 days depending on organisation size. The duration is fixed in the scope document before signing.
Yes. We are based in Riyadh and serve every region of the Kingdom as well as the wider Gulf. Most stages are delivered remotely with high efficiency, and site visits are scheduled when needed and included in the scope.
We sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving any data. Access is limited to assigned team members, data is stored encrypted, and working copies are destroyed once the support period ends. We never reuse your data elsewhere and never name you as a reference without written permission.
50% is due on signing the scope document and the balance on final delivery. Advisory services are bespoke services executed immediately upon engagement, therefore no refund is available once execution has begun, in line with Article Nineteen of the Saudi E-Commerce Law's Implementing Regulation. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Start with a diagnostic session. We listen, identify the real problem and recommend the right path — even if the recommendation is that you do not need a consulting engagement right now. The first session is for scoping and carries no obligation.
Next step
A short introductory session to understand your situation and recommend the right path — with no obligation.
