Advisory services with
defined deliverables and fixed dates

Each service below has a written scope, a deliverables list and a delivery window. You know exactly what you will receive before you pay a single riyal.

01

Feasibility Studies

An integrated study answering one question clearly: is this project worth your capital and your time? We cover the market, technical, financial and regulatory dimensions, and build the financial model across three scenarios with sensitivity analysis on the critical variables. The output follows the structure Saudi financing and development bodies expect.

  • Executive summary and investment recommendation
  • Market, demand and customer segment analysis
  • Technical, operational and site study
  • Capital and operating cost structure
  • Five-year model (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
  • Profitability metrics: NPV, IRR, payback, ROI
  • Sensitivity analysis and break-even point
  • Risk register and mitigation plans

Best for: founders before establishment · organisations evaluating a new line or branch · applicants to banks and development funds.

02

Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering

Most system projects fail because no one wrote the requirements precisely before starting. We work to international business analysis practice (BABOK): eliciting needs from stakeholders, mapping current and target processes, and documenting precise, testable and acceptable requirements — before any technical or financial commitment.

  • Stakeholder map and needs analysis
  • As-is and to-be process modelling in BPMN
  • Business requirements document (BRD)
  • Functional and non-functional requirements
  • User stories and acceptance criteria
  • Requirements traceability matrix (RTM)
  • Gap analysis between current and target states
  • Solution and vendor evaluation criteria

Best for: organisations about to buy or build a system · digital product teams · transformation offices needing professional documentation before execution.

03

Strategic Planning & Performance Measurement

We turn ambition into a measurable roadmap. We start with internal and external environment analysis, shape the strategic direction with leadership, then cascade strategy into initiatives, indicators and owners — because a strategy that never reaches the weekly agenda is not a strategy.

  • Environment analysis: SWOT, PESTEL and capabilities
  • Vision, mission and values articulation
  • Strategy map and core objectives
  • Balanced Scorecard (BSC)
  • Objectives and key results (OKRs)
  • KPI dictionary with data sources
  • Initiative portfolio with priorities and budgets
  • Quarterly performance review system

Best for: organisations past the start-up stage · non-profit entities · multi-activity groups needing a single direction.

04

Restructuring & Corporate Governance

As an organisation grows, an unwritten structure becomes an obstacle: overlapping authority, stalled decisions, and total dependence on individuals rather than roles. We rebuild the structure around tasks and outputs, and put in place a governance framework that protects the business through expansion, new partners or ownership transition.

  • Diagnosis of the current structure and role gaps
  • Proposed organisation structure with rationale
  • Job descriptions for all positions
  • Authority and responsibility matrix (RACI, DOA)
  • Governance charters and management committees
  • Internal policies and control mechanisms
  • Enterprise risk register and management plan
  • Transition and change management plan

Best for: family businesses · organisations approaching a partnership or acquisition · entities preparing for audit or accreditation.

05

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

We measure before we propose. We map the process as it actually happens rather than as it is assumed, calculate cycle time and cost, waiting points and waste, then redesign it and document it in a procedures manual a new employee can work from on day one.

  • As-is process maps
  • Cycle time, bottleneck and waste analysis
  • To-be process design
  • Policies and procedures manual (SOP)
  • Work forms and checklists
  • Quality and efficiency indicators per process
  • Automation opportunities and priorities
  • Training workshop on the new procedures

Best for: service organisations with recurring complaints · factories and warehouses · any entity whose costs rise without matching growth.

06

Financial Advisory & Funding Readiness

The number you do not understand runs you instead of the other way round. We build your financial model, analyse cost structure, pricing and margins, and prepare a complete funding file that convinces a bank, a fund or an investor — because file quality determines decision speed as much as project quality does.

  • Dynamic, editable financial model
  • Cost, pricing and margin analysis
  • Cash flow and working capital management
  • Budgeting and variance monitoring
  • Company valuation for partnership or sale
  • Funding file matched to the target institution
  • Investor pitch deck
  • Zakat and tax readiness review

Best for: applicants to banks and development funds · organisations preparing an investment round · businesses needing pricing and margin discipline.

07

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Before launching a product or entering a new city, know the real demand, who competes with you and how they price. We collect data from official and field sources, analyse Saudi customer behaviour and the channels that reach them, and test acceptance before launch rather than after.

  • Market sizing, segmentation and growth
  • Target customer profile and buying behaviour
  • Competitor map and strength analysis
  • Pricing benchmark and your proposed position
  • Surveys and field interviews when required
  • Branch location and coverage analysis
  • Positioning and competitive messaging
  • Channel and launch recommendations

Best for: teams launching a product or brand · geographic expansion · pricing strategy review.

08

Digital Transformation & Business Intelligence

Digital transformation is not buying a system. It is ordering processes, data and capabilities, then choosing the right tool. We assess your digital maturity, set a realistic roadmap with priorities and expected return, and help you select systems on objective criteria away from vendor pressure.

  • Digital maturity assessment and capability gaps
  • Transformation roadmap with phases and return
  • System selection criteria (ERP, CRM, HRMS)
  • Requirements brief and vendor bid evaluation
  • Data governance and KPI dictionary
  • Executive dashboard design
  • Integration plan across existing systems
  • Change management and user adoption plan

Best for: organisations running on scattered spreadsheets · teams that bought a system nobody uses · departments needing reliable real-time reporting.

09

Human Capital Development

Your largest cost line is also your greatest source of competitive advantage — if it is managed with method. We put the HR foundation in place: workforce planning based on actual workload, manuals and policies aligned with the Labour Law, and a fair appraisal system linking individual performance to organisational objectives.

  • Workforce planning and workload analysis
  • HR manual and internal policies
  • Salary and benefits structure benchmarked to market
  • Performance management system and role KPIs
  • Competency matrix and skills gap analysis
  • Annual training and development plan
  • Career paths and succession planning
  • Employee satisfaction measurement and action plan

Best for: growing organisations without a mature HR function · businesses facing high turnover · teams preparing for hiring expansion.

Engagement models

Choose the shape that fits your stage

Not every need calls for a full project. Sometimes a session is enough; sometimes you need accompaniment for months.

Fixed-scope project

A clear deliverable, duration and fixed fee — a feasibility study, a procedures manual, a strategic plan. The right shape for most cases.

Monthly retainer

A dedicated consultant for an agreed number of hours each month, supporting management on decisions, follow-up and course correction.

Advisory sessions

One or more sessions to discuss a specific decision, review a plan, or provide a neutral second opinion — without entering a full project.

Service questions

Before you choose a service

Yes, and it is the norm. Most engagements combine two or three services — a market study preceding a feasibility study, or process improvement followed by a KPI system. You can build the combination you want from the packages page using the custom package builder.

Arabic by default, or English, or both — as you prefer. Executive summaries and presentations are usually produced in both versions for organisations working with international partners.

We are an advisory firm: we design, document, support your team during rollout and track indicators, but operational execution remains with your team. On governance and restructuring engagements we provide implementation accompaniment for a defined number of hours within the scope.

Any material change is documented in a written change request setting out its effect on duration and price, and is executed only with your approval. Minor adjustments within the agreed scope are not charged.

Yes, and we are flexible with government procurement requirements, contract templates and periodic reporting. Send us the tender or project details and we will clarify our readiness and the scope we can deliver.

Next step

Not sure which service you need?

Just describe the situation and we will recommend the path — even if the recommendation is not to start now.
